Develop a well-written and researched case similar to the “Quality in Practice” cases in the course text. Your case should address a topic or topics that you have an interest in and have been covered in the course. This might be based on literature or real experiences with a company you’ve observed, or work/worked for. Summarize the quality practices at a company in which you have observed, work/worked for, or contrast different firms in the same industry. Show specific applications, charts and figures as appropriate, compare to practices in the text, etc. Include in your analysis quality tools that were studied during the course to apply to a real world problem at the organization you’ve selected. (These might include creating and implementing a customer satisfaction survey, using Six Sigma tools or SPC in a real project).
